Sarah has over 17 years experience in financial services across digital transformation, customer experience, strategy, process optimisation and change. She has worked broadly across the financial services industry including retail and private banking, financial exchanges and investment banks. She commenced her career at Accenture working with the London Stock Exchange and then Bank of America working out of both London and subsequently New York. She then joined Capco, the financial services consultancy where she spent 10 years mobilising the digital practice and working with numerous clients including Deutsche Bank, Natwest and HSBC.
She has been at DC since 2020 and leads the Retail, Wealth and Insurance verticals which serve our existing and expanding client base across these sectors. We support across all competencies including strategy, operating model definition, business process optimisation, customer journey mapping, regulatory, data and programme execution.
Aside from her core role, she has a strong focus on creating and maintaining culture, inclusion and diversity and has featured in the book Women of Fintech, Walk the Talk based on the podcast series. She holds a degree in Management Sciences (BSc) and a diploma in professional studies.
