Our approach centres on embedding sustainability into our culture, operations and decision‑making, from supporting our people and upholding ethical standards, to managing environmental impacts and strengthening transparency across the organisation. We recognise that meaningful progress depends on accountability, clear ownership and collaboration across our global teams.

We are committed to achieving Net Zero by 2040 and are currently focused on strengthening the foundations that support credible progress, including emissions data quality, governance frameworks and employee engagement. This commitment is delivered through a structured programme of sustainability initiatives, supported by Workstream Leads, Sustainability Champions and Programme Sponsors, and underpinned by a strong governance framework that enables collaboration, shared learning and continuous improvement across the organisation.
