Paul is an Operational Excellence and Finance leader with significant experience within Financial Services, Consulting eCommerce & Bio-Pharmaceutical environments across Dublin, London, and New York. Paul has multinational and cross-cultural experience with a strong mix of financial, operational, and strategic business roles managing large, diversely located teams and extensive Shared Service and business process outsourcing knowledge.

At Delta Capita, Paul leads the Ireland and Luxembourg business with full P&L and strategy responsibility. The business has grown significantly over the last number of years supporting an expanding number of clients across the Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking industry.,

Paul is an Accountant (FCCA) with Masters degree (MSc) and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) and has led Global Lean Six Sigma teams in JP Morgan, Pfizer and eBay and during that time led the training of hundreds of internal employees to Yellow, Green and Black Belt levels.
