Nadira has a wealth of experience gained within the recruitment industry with a career spanning over 16 years. Nadira spent 10 years working for the Adecco Group as a Resourcing Team Lead across Technical recruitment and then took the dive into Inhouse recruitment where she joined Capgemini and managed high performing teams and was responsible for delivering into their largest business units. She then joined Capital One as a contractor giving her experience within the FS Sector.

Nadira joined Delta Capita in January 2023 and has since become an integral part of the function. She joined as an Assistant Vice President and has since been promoted and is now the Interim Head of Recruitment. Nadira works closely with the leadership team to deliver on the recruitment strategy for the business and oversee the global recruitment remit for DC.

Nadira holds a degree in Business and Law. She enjoys travelling with her young family and is a Cub Leader outside of work.
