Mark has 20 years of experience specialising in heavyweight commercial and project contracts centered around technology and intellectual property rights. He also has significant advisory experience with banks and asset managers based in Asia, Europe and the US, for both commercial and contracts with all major technology and market data suppliers. Mark has a particular focus on the transactions processing, monitoring and reporting for providers of front, middle and back-office applications. 

His key competencies include facilitation and negotiation of complex, high-value transactions, RFP preparation and bid reviews, initial investment versus TCO assessments, contract consolidation and enterprise agreements, audit and dispute resolution and outsourcing.

Mark is a qualified solicitor with an LLM from the London School of Economics and an LLB from Lancaster University.
