An ambitious leader, she has a proven track record of managing large, complex development teams through successful completion on automation projects, and previously managed the Delta Capita office in the West Midlands region.

As part of the Management Team, she plays a key role in developing and overseeing strategy, committee operations, and global deliverables. Harriet excels at aligning DEI initiatives with company goals, fostering collaboration across international offices and local stakeholders to achieve ambitious inclusion objectives.

Currently, Harriet leads a global and diverse team tasked with automating equity index rebalancing through a rapid application development project. She ensures seamless project execution by bridging communication and aligning staff across various locations. Additionally, Harriet demonstrates a strong commitment to early career development through the mentoring of a graduate population.
