In his current role as Director of Sustainability at Delta Capita, Grant spearheads all sustainability initiatives. He develops and implements strategies aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on ESG integration, climate risk management, and stakeholder engagement. His efforts have culminated in Delta Capita achieving a Gold Medal from ecovadis in 2024.
