Gary has 25 years of industry experience across several financial institutions, providing expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and the development of KYC, CDD and AML managed services.

At HSBC he ran the Global KYC Operations function and has delivered a number of global transformation programmes throughout the client lifecycle, covering on-boarding, refresh, remediation and client off-boarding, set against a background of increased regulatory focus. Gary has held several senior positions, heading up client on-boarding at Barclays Capital and having the position of Executive Director in UBS’s global banking and markets operations business covering KYC and client reference data operations.

Gary leads the CLM strategic initiatives for Delta Capita focused on partnerships, strategic initiatives developing the CLM technology offering. This combines his extensive domain expertise in delivering KYC services across multiple organisations underpinned with an in-depth knowledge of AML regulations, and supported by an eco-system of proprietary technology accelerator solutions

Gary is a Chartered Accountant and qualified project manager.
