David Zwarts is an experienced expert and seasoned trainer in AML and KYC. Currently, he is responsible for Delta Capita’s Academy in the Benelux and involved in various KYC projects at Delta Capita’s clients.

From various assignments David has gained a broad experience in KYC during the last 10+ years, in 1^st line (operational), 2^nd line (compliance) and 3^rd line (audit) roles. As a result, David has a track record in implementation of requirements in complex KYC projects in an adequate and risk-based manner.

David has a master in criminal law and often provides his vision as public speaker, writer and trainer on KYC related topics.
